Refund/Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION
To cancel your subscription simply send us an e-mail clearly stating 1) your name, 2) your email address associated with your account and 3) your account password to support@thepurplebook.com. We will cancel your subscription within 1-2 working days and send you an email confirming your cancellation.

REFUND
If you cancel your annual membership within 10 days of the original subscription by sending an email (see above) to support@thepurplebook.com, thepurplebook Online will refund the total amount of your subscription, minus a $5 processing fee.
